🍴 Ingredients

  • 300g digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 150g butter, melted
  • For toffee: 2 cans condensed milk (boiled 3 hrs)
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 400ml double cream
  • Dark chocolate for shaving

Make toffee: completely submerge unopened condensed milk cans in boiling water.

Boil for 3 hours keep cans fully covered or they may burst.

Cool completely before opening at least 30 minutes.

Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch tin.

Chill biscuit base 30 minutes.

Open cans to reveal golden toffee.

Spread toffee over chilled base.

Layer sliced bananas.

Whip cream to soft peaks and pile on top.

Shave dark chocolate over the top.
