If you subscribed for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment. Email info@brownscow.com with your account email and we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. If you did not intend to renew, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Annual plan subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase. After 30 days, no refund is available but you retain access until the annual period expires.
If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged. No refund is applicable as no payment was taken.
Items purchased from our kitchen store may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in original, unused condition with all original packaging.
We cannot accept returns of items that have been used, damaged, or are not in original condition. Items marked as "Final Sale" are not returnable.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our expense.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can usually resolve issues faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
