Refund Policy

Not happy? Contact us within 30 days of your first subscription payment for a full refund. No questions asked.

Subscription Refunds

New Subscriptions (First 30 Days)

If you subscribed for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment. Email info@brownscow.com with your account email and we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Renewal Charges

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. If you did not intend to renew, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plan subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase. After 30 days, no refund is available but you retain access until the annual period expires.

Free Trials

If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged. No refund is applicable as no payment was taken.

Physical Product Returns

Return Window

Items purchased from our kitchen store may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in original, unused condition with all original packaging.

How to Return

  1. Email info@brownscow.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for US addresses
  3. Pack items securely and drop off at any authorized shipping location
  4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of items that have been used, damaged, or are not in original condition. Items marked as "Final Sale" are not returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our expense.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@brownscow.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • Order number or subscription ID
  • Reason for refund request

We aim to respond within 1 business day. Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can usually resolve issues faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
