  • 200g Oreo cookies
  • 80g butter, melted
  • 500g cream cheese
  • 300ml double cream
  • 150g white chocolate, melted
  • 3 tbsp ceremonial grade matcha
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Crush Oreos and mix with melted butter. Press into a lined springform tin.

Refrigerate crust 30 minutes.

Beat cream cheese until smooth.

Sift in matcha powder and powdered sugar.

Add cooled melted white chocolate and vanilla.

Whip cream to soft peaks and fold in gently.

Pour over chilled crust.
