  • Marinade: lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, coconut milk, palm sugar
  • For peanut sauce: peanut butter, coconut milk, palm sugar, tamarind, chili
  • Cucumber and compressed rice (ketupat) to serve

Thread chicken strips onto soaked bamboo skewers.

Marinate in spice mixture for at least 2 hours.
