  • For Marie Rose: 200ml mayo, 3 tbsp ketchup, dash Worcester sauce, lemon, cayenne
  • Little Gem lettuce leaves
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • Paprika to garnish
  • Lemon wedges
  • Crusty bread

Make Marie Rose sauce: mix mayo, ketchup, Worcestershire, lemon juice and cayenne.

Taste it should be rich, tangy and slightly spicy.

Arrange lettuce leaves in cocktail glasses or bowls.
