  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 50g Parmesan, shaved
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Sourdough croutons
