  • Bao bun dough
  • Soy sauce, hoisin, rice wine
  • 5-spice powder
  • Quick pickled cucumbers
  • Hoisin sauce
  • Spring onions
  • Sesame seeds

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Braise pork belly in soy, hoisin, rice wine and 5-spice for 2 hours until very tender.

Allow to cool, then slice.

Make bao dough with flour, yeast, milk and sugar.

Divide into balls, roll oval, fold over a chopstick.

Steam for 10 minutes until puffy.

Pan-fry pork belly slices until caramelized and crispy.
