  • 3 ripe tomatoes, cut in wedges
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 200g feta cheese, block
  • Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • Green bell pepper, sliced
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Red wine vinegar
  • Dried oregano
  • Salt
