  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 Asian pear, grated
  • 2 tbsp rice wine
  • Sesame seeds
  • Green onions to garnish

Combine all marinade ingredients and mix well.
