  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled
  • 300ml plain yogurt
  • 200ml whole milk
  • 3 tbsp honey or sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • Pinch of saffron (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Pistachio slivers to garnish

Roughly chop mango flesh.

Place mango, yogurt, milk, honey and cardamom in a blender.

Blend on high speed until completely smooth.

Taste and adjust sweetness.
